In our past careers we noticed how quickly things have been changing in enterprise software, how new products and services require shorter times to market, IT projects were becoming increasingly unmanageable and complex, and new technology was not closing the gap.
We have used a different approach. A way to get new software to market as quick as possible, achieve simpler design and a Lean IT organisation, and utilise technology where appropriate to become more efficient. We haven't just embraced and developed agile processes, we have made breakthroughs in how to deliver high-quality software quickly and reliably.
Agile methods have become accepted as a best-practice standard in software engineering. Through experience we have developed custom processes to make it work across the complex projects, distributed teams, and diverse environments. Our best lesson has been that size matters. We adapt Agile methods to meet customer needs, not the other way around.
